Is a power bank included?

No. Any USB power bank with 5 V and 2 A or more works — most phone power banks do. It sits zipped in the pocket at the feet.

How long does it stay warm?

That depends on your power bank and the level you pick: a bigger bank on Low lasts longest. We don't promise a fixed number of hours. Switched off, it is still a thick padded footmuff.

How warm does it get?

There are three levels on the button, and it always starts on Low. It is meant to take the chill off on a walk, not to make your toddler hot — check on them as you would with any warm layer.

Is it safe near my toddler?

The heating pad sits in the back panel behind the padding, runs on 5 V USB and is switched by you with the button on the outside. The power bank stays zipped in at the feet. Use it on walks with an adult nearby — not for sleep, car seats or bassinets.

Will it fit my stroller?

It fits most single strollers with a 5-point harness: the straps go through the slots in the back. It is not made for car seats, bassinets or carriers.

Which ages is it for?

Toddlers sitting in a stroller, about 6 to 36 months.

Can I wash it?

Yes. Take the heating pad and the power bank out first, then wash the footmuff cold on a gentle cycle and let it air-dry. Let it dry fully before you put the pad back.

When will it arrive?

Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days and usually arrive about 7 to 12 business days later, depending on where you live, with tracking. These are estimates: customs or holiday peaks can add a few days.

How much is shipping?

Tracked shipping is free on 2 or more footmuffs. A single footmuff ships for US$6.95.

Can I return it?

Yes. E-mail us at hello@nilka.online within 30 days of delivery and send the footmuff back unused, unwashed and in its original packaging for a refund of its price. Details are in our refund policy.

What is shipping protection?

An optional extra for 20,00 zł. It's added to your cart by default, and you can switch it off there before checkout. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we send a new one or refund you.
